Junior researcher
Claudia Stefani (M.A. 2024, University of Padua, Italy) is an archaeologist just Master graduated in Applied Sciences to Cultural Heritage Materials and Sites. Currently Junior Researcher at BIOANTH laboratory.
Since her Bachelor thesis, her interest has focused on the bioarchaeological study of human dental remains from Early Iranian Bronze Age contexts (3rd millennium BC). Her Master’s thesis involves histological, proteomic and geochemical analyses to provide details of the biological history of the child population of the Jiroft culture of southern Iran, including age at death, health status and dietary patterns during early childhood.
