
Szymon Mianowski
Junior researcher
Szymon Mianowski (MA 2021, Jagiellonian University, Poland), is a geologist with specialization in geochemistry and micropaleontology with particular interest in biogecochemical processes, isotopic, trace element geochemistry and diagenesis of dental tissues. Currently Junior Researcher at BIOANTH laboratory.
He achieved master degree in Geology with a thesis dealt with trace element, maceral, analysis in paleoenvironmental and depositional reconstruction of late stage of Paratethys. He also achieved a post-graduate degree in Data Science on AGH University of Krakow in 2024. His research focuses on high-resolution biogeochemical analysis of tissue dental mineralized from contemporary, archaeological and paleontological contexts.
